What can I expect at the end of a training program?
The aim of the training program is to provide sufficient application of knowledge for operators to perform unassisted safe and effective room bio-decontamination cycles. Bioquell accredited certificate is awarded once the Bioquell trainer is satisfied the learner has demonstrated application of knowledge to set competency level.
Where learners require further application of knowledge, a training plan is developed to meet the learning skills gaps.
How long will the training last?
The initial training is conducted in two phases – e-Learning and face to face training. Nominated learners from your organization are provided with access to our library of e-Learning modules providing theory of hydrogen peroxide vapor technology.
At the end of each e-Learning module learners are required to answer a series of questions as proof of understanding of theory. Once all learners have completed the e-Learning a suitable time is arranged for a Bioquell trainer to provide face to face training.
The training can either be provided at a suitable location of your choosing or at Bioquell’s training facility. The face to face training lasts for two days to provide learners with sufficient time to practice live bio-decontamination cycles and ask any questions.
At the end of the two day training program the Bioquell trainer with sit down with each learner and complete a competency assessment to determine all areas of learning have been understood and applied in practice. Upon successful completion of the training program the learner will receive a Bioquell accredited certificate.
